Let the marked price of sugar be Rs.100 per kg So he sells sugar at 4% less, ie Rs. 96 per kg, but actually he is taking Rs. 96 for 800 grams. So in fact he is selling 1000 gm for Rs

96/800 x 1000 = 120

ie he is taking (120 - 100) = Rs. 20 extra on 1 kg.
